parcel off Rt. 5 in the Town of Sullivan. A subsequent development phase is anticipated
within the adjoining Town of Manlius. Site development will impact up to 2.13 acres of
federally and State-protected wetland, including regulated adjacent area portions of Class
3 wetland MA-3.
