The applicant proposes to construct an addition to a single family dwelling 31 feet from the tidal wetland boundary, install a new septic system and add fill 76 feet from the tidal wetland boundary, remove an existing gravel driveway, and construct a new gravel driveway.  A variance from the required 75 foot wetland setback has been requested for the proposed addition and a variance from the required 100 foot setback from the wetland has been requested for the septic system.
