The applicant proposes to construct an addition
to a single family dwelling 31 feet from the tidal
wetland boundary, install a new septic system and add fill 76 feet from the tidal wetland boundary,
remove an existing gravel driveway, and construct a new gravel driveway. A variance from the
required 75 foot wetland setback has been requested for the proposed addition and a variance
from the required 100 foot setback from the wetland has been requested for the septic system.
The parcel is located adjacent to tidal wetands associated with the Connetquot River, which is

bulkhead, construct a 25 ft. break wall, and a 55 ft. x 16 ft. boat slip. The slip will be
