Columbia County - The Village of Philmont, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Philmont Water System Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installing and financing of three new wells, a pre-fabricated chlorination building and approximately 900 linear feet of waterline to connect a new well supply to an existing system. The facility is located on Preusser Road in the Town of Claverack. There are no groundwater uses in the vicinity of the project that could be impacted by the proposed use of groundwater. The project is to be financed in an amount not to exceed $493,000 by the Village of Philmont through the issuance of serial bonds pursuant to the local finance law of the State of New York. The project is located in the Village of Philmont.

Schoharie County - The Schoharie County Department of Public Works, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed CR27 (Junction Road) Bridge over Schoharie Creek will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the existing bridge carrying CR27 (Junction Rd) over Schoharie Creek in the Town of Esperance, Schoharie County, originally built in 1896. The work includes removing the existing simple span Pennsylvania through-truss bridge and replacing it with a new single span steel through-truss bridge. It will be supported on piles on the approximate existing horizontal and vertical alignments. Approach work will include minor drainage and guide rail improvements as well as road reconstruction. The project is located at CR27 (Junction Rd), Town of Esperance.
