installing heavy rock riprap at two locations and grading eroding banks using material

wetland restoration and enhancement project to improve
wildlife habitat, within a 233 acre USDA, NRCS Wetland Reserve Program (WRP)
easement site, along a portion of State regulated wetland #KE-14. The proposal includes
excavating five complexes of potholes with connecting level ditches and constructing
four ditch plugs in existing drainage ditches to restore
wetland to improve migratory
waterfowl habitat.

remove the existing Pawlak west stone pier, construct a 104
foot long by 27 foot steel sheet pile pier, to be located 25 feet west of the existing Pawlak
pier, construct a 173 foot by 181 foot boat basin to moor 4 boats and construct docking
facilities for 11 additional boats, removal of the remaining natural streambank between
Lake Ontario Tributary 150 and the Elia property for boat access into the boat basin and
periodic bypass movement of littoral drift material. The project is located on Lake
Ontario at 4981 and 5125 East Lake Road in the Town of Wilson.
