ENB Region 4 Completed Applications 06/09/2004

The applicant proposes to modify the existing mined land use plan by creating a 3.5 acre pond, approximately 20' in depth within the currently permitted life of mine boundary. The previously approved 9.25 Life of Mine area will not increase and all other mining activities will remain the same.   The site is located on the south side of Columbia County Route 7A, east of the intersection of County Route 7 and 7A, in the Town of Copake, Columbia County.  MLF # 402-3-30-0772.

The applicant proposes to install gabion baskets along an eroding area of embankment near the foundation of an existing house, repair an existing drainage ditch, and to install rip rap along approximately 100 feet of the shoreline of Canadarago Lake to control shoreline erosion.  All work is within the adjacent area of freshwater wetland SY-6.  The project is located  on State Route 28, west shore of Canadarago Lake just south of the Richfield/Exeter Town line.

Applicant proposes to install pre-built seasonal docks along the shoreline of the Mohawk River on his property located at 2 Freemans Bridge Road (formerly known as The River House property), Town of Glenville, Schenectady County, New York.  The docks will total 200 feet in length, will extend approximately 60 feet into the River channel and will accommodate up to 14 boats.  This property will now be known as the Water's Edge Marina.
