The action involves adoption of updated Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Mansfield. The project is townwide.

Cattaraugus County - The Cattaraugus County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Cattaraugus County’s Comprehensive Planning and Design Guidebooks (Volumes 1 and 2 of Cattaraugus County’s Smart Development for Quality Communities Guidebook Series) as the Initial Components of a New Comprehensive Plan for the 21st Century will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Cattaraugus County's Comprehensive Planning and Design Guidebooks (Volumes 1 & 2) as the initial component of a new comprehensive plan for the 21st Century. Cattaraugus County has published two comprehensive planning and design guidebooks called: “A Planning Guidebook for Cattaraugus County – Elements of a Countywide Vision - Volume 1” and “A Design Guidebook for Towns and Villages in Cattaraugus County – Volume 2”. These two planning and design guidebooks are part of Cattaraugus County's Smart Development for Quality Communities Guidebooks Series and shall form the foundation, basis and vision for comprehensive planning in Cattaraugus County for the 21st Century, in order to ensure that sound planning practices will be used by both Cattaraugus County and by its constituent local governments. This partial approach to a new comprehensive plan has immediate and practical applications and would promote growth and development while preventing adverse impacts on Cattaraugus County’s natural resources and environmental assets. The project is not site specific; however, the proposed action will have an effect on the entirety of Cattaraugus County, New York and its 47 constituent municipalities.

Niagara County - The Town of Porter, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lakeshore Sewer Improvement Area Phase III will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer, manholes, and related appurtenances. The project will provide sewer service to a total of 14 parcels (10 developed and 4 undeveloped) along Creek Road (State Route 18) in the Town of Porter. NY.
