Orleans County The Village of Holley, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Replacement of Sanitary Sewer will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of approximately 4,380 linear feet of 8, 12, and 15 sanitary sewer with open cut excavation method and SDR-35 PVC pipe and manholes and the replacement of approximately 1,060 linear feet of 8" cast iron sanitary sewer with 10 SDR-17 HDPE pipe by pipe bursting method along portions of NYS Route 31.
The project also consists of replacing approximately 2,070 linear feet of 8and 12 Class 51 Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) water main, hydrants; valves; and appurtenances. The project is located along portions of NYS Route 31 in the Village of Holley.

Steuben County - The Village of Painted Post, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Distribution Center Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of 57.4 acres (formerly the Ingersoll-Rand Foundry Site) on West Water Street in the Village of Painted Post, Steuben County, NY from Urban Center to Industrial Zoning, the determination and findings concerning the proposed condemnation of the site under NYS Eminent Domain Procedure Law related to the development of a 600,000 SF distribution center/warehouse, with the required parking, loading, railroad siding, landscaping and visual buffer, stormwater management facilities, and the like. The project is located on West Water Street, Painted Post, NY.
