Madison County - The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Hamilton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Planned District for West Hill will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves creation of a planned district to develop 20 one family housing units and 15 two family housing units. The project is located 94 Lebanon Street, known as West Hill.

Onondaga County - The County of Onondaga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Jamesville Penitentary Gravity Force Main Sewer will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 9,300 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC force main sewer generally running from the Jamesville Penitentiary northward along NYS Route 173, Solvay Road and Jamesville Road to an existing sanitary trunk sewer on Nottingham Road, the construction of a new Pump Station Headworks/Control Building, retrofitting an existing sludge holding tank with aeration and oil/grease removal equipment and demolition of the remaining Penitentiary treatment plant infrastructure. The project is located at Jamesville Penitentiary and other roads to include NYS Route 173, Solvay Road and Nottingham Road in the Town of Jamesville, NY, Onondaga County.

Tompkins County - Town of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Westview 33-Lot Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves preliminary subdivision approval from the Town of Ithaca Planning Board for the proposed Westview 33-Lot Subdivision located at the intersection of Schickel Road and NYS Route 96B (Danby Road), Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel No. 36-2-3.2, Residence District R-30. The proposal includes extending Schickel Road towards the east and creating a loop road for 32 residential lots and one 1½ +/- acre lot for a park site in the southeast corner of the property. The project is located at the intersection of Schickel Road and NYS Route 96B (Danby Road), Town of Ithaca.
