NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 816(2) of the Adirondack Park Agency Act and the Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan, the Adirondack Park Agency will hold public hearings regarding the proposed reclassification of land owned by the State of New York in the following manner:
R2004-2: Wilderness (Five Ponds) to Primitive (Wanakena); 4.5± acres
The purpose of the hearings is to afford an opportunity for public comment. Any person may present an oral or written statement in regard to the proposed reclassification. Written comments will be accepted through June 14, 2004.
Public hearings will be held on the following dates and at the subsequent locations:
