The applicant proposes to
operate two new water supply wells, Woodmarc Well Nos. 1 &
2, and to take a supply of water approximating 52 gallons per minute (gpm) for use in the
Village. Although each of the two new wells has a capacity of approximately 50 gpm,
only one of the wells will be operated at a time. The two new wells and associated six
inch diameter water main and appurtenances were constructed at the Woodmarc Well site
(formerly the "Trezza site") under Emergency Authorization No. 3-1348-00137/00002
issued October 21, 2002. A temporary well at the same location which has been operated
only under emergency conditions will be abandoned upon placing these two new wells
into service.
