New Notices for ENB Issue of April 28, 2004: 1

Anthony Porcelli has applied to the NYSDEC for a freshwater wetlands permit to construct a single family dwelling, garage, decks and sanitary system at Elm Road and Orchid Drive, Mastic Beach in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.

A legislative hearing session to receive unsworn statements from the public will be held on May 24, 2004 at 10:00am. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference is scheduled to be held immediately following the legislative session. The adjudicatory hearing will commence at the conclusion of the issues conference and will continue on May 25, 2004, if necessary. Written comments must be postmarked no later than May 25, 2004. All filings for party status must be received by May 19, 2004.
