The applicant proposes to
construct a new second-story addition and a new one-story
addition to an existing house including a new driveway. The proposed work is within the
adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-26 (Wood Duck
Pond). The applicant also proposes to establish an 8 foot wide vegetated buffer area
between the house and the wetland. The project site is located at 6 Sherwood Place,
Staten Island, Block 5223 - Lot 98.
