replace an existing bridge and rusted culvert drainage pipe.
Additionally, an existing drainage ditch is proposed to be modified by lining
approximately 20 linear feet of the side slopes of the swale with rip-rap, installing a new
20 foot culvert pipe and backfilling over the pipe, all within the 100-foot adjacent area of
FW#DP-22. The site is located approximately 2000 feet northeast of the intersection of
Route 311 and Cushman Road.
