Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town Board of the Town of Orchard Park, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Walter Schmidt reclassification from R-3 to R-3 Special Exception Use Vacant Land, east side of Claifornia Road, south of Big Tree Road. The action involves the granting of a reclassification from R-3 to R-3 Special Exception Use in order to construct a 48-unit townhouse project. The project is located in the Town of Orchard Park.

Erie County - The Town of Clarence, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eastern Hills Corridor Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 3,700 two-lane road extension of Bryant and Stratton Way. Also, 17.9 acres of Residential-A zoned property will be rezoned to Restricted Business zone. The project is located at 4545 Transit Road, Clarence, NY, immediately East of the Eastern Hills Mall, parallel with Transit Road.

Erie County - The Town of Marilla Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of Mystic Pines Golf Course/Site Plan Approval/Approval of Special Use Permit for Golf Course Construction and Operation. The action involves the development of an existing 200-acre livestock farmland with 9-acre pond into an 18-hole golf course with the conversion of the existing large barn into a clubhouse and converting the smaller barn into a golf cart storage building. the 9-acre pond will be rebuilt for irrigation of the golf course. New Wells will be drilled to help maintain the water level of the new irrigation pond. The proposed site plan will include parking for up to 200 vehicles and a septic system for the clubhouse. The project is located along the North side of Stolle Road, north to sections along Bullis Road.
