The applicant proposes to
replace approximately 2,000 feet of existing ADA accessible
boardwalk through Freshwater Wetland TUL-14. This work will re-use existing posts to
the greatest extent possible at the Labrador Hollow Unique Area. The applicant also
proposes to construct a new ADA accessible 240' long fishing pier on the west side of
Labrador Pond in Freshwater Wetland TUL-14, and its adjacent area. An existing
driveway and parking area will be improved to provide better access to the fishing pier.
