Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to replace approximately 2,000 feet of existing ADA accessible boardwalk through Freshwater Wetland TUL-14.  This work will re-use existing posts to the greatest extent possible at the Labrador Hollow Unique Area.  The applicant also proposes to construct a new ADA accessible 240' long fishing pier on the west side of Labrador Pond in Freshwater Wetland TUL-14, and its adjacent area.  An existing driveway and parking area will be improved to provide better access to the fishing pier.
