Applicant proposes to increase pump capacity of an existing irrigation well N13415 from 45 gpm to 50 gpm.  Estimated daily pumpage will be 12,000 gallons.  The project is located at 7 Mansion Drive, Old Westuby Town of North Hempstead

The applicant proposes to increase the pump capacity of an existing irrigation well from 45 gpm to 50 gpm.  The well has a 6 inch diameter casing and screen, and a depth of 260 feet.    The pump end of the submersible pump will be changed to accommodate the increase.  

The applicant proposes to construct a two-story single family dwelling with attached garage, decks, and stone driveway on a vacant lot.  A sanitary system is also proposed to be installed.  The proposed project is located within 100 feet of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland at the terminus of Marion Court in Center Moriches, Town of Brookhaven in Suffolk County, SCTM# 0200-911-03-01.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, septic system and driveway within the adjacent area of a NYS regulated Freshwater Wetland (# H-16).  The dwelling and septic system are proposed within 60 feet and 70 feet, respectively, of the freshwater wetlands at this site.  The driveway is proposed within 55 feet of the freshwater wetlands. The project is located on the north side of Joshua Street, east of Quayle Court, Huntington Station, Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0400-151-2-59.

The applicant proposes to repile and relocate the existing dwelling 6 ft. north of the existing dwelling location and construct a second story addition, construct a two-story extension and deck, raise and relocate the existing catwalk and deck, install a sanitary sytem with retaining wall, and utilize 390 cubic yards of fill for the sanitary system.  The required setback for a sanitary system is 100 ft. from the tidal wetland boundary.  The applicant is proposing to install the sanitary system within 5 ft. of the vegetated tidal wetland boundary and has requested a variance from the 100 ft. setback.  A segment of the retaining wall and associated fill will be constructed/placed in the vegetated tidal wetland.  The property is located at 346 Dune Road, Village of Westhampton Beach, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk, on Moriches Bay, SCTM No. 905-18-1-11.

The applicant proposes to elevate an existing one story single family dwelling, set on pilings and install a new septic system 40 feet from the tidal wetland boundary.  A variance from the required 100 foot setback from the wetland has been requested for the septic system.  The parcel is located on Pond Point Pond, which is considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands.  The project is located at:  93 Point Road, Westhampton, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 905-17-2-27.1.  

applicant proposes the installation of one irrigation well for nursery stock.  The well  will be 8" in diameter to a depth of 100 feet with the capacity to pump 400 gallons per minute (g.p.m).  The property is located on Aldrich Lane, Lauren, Town of Southold.
