The applicant proposes to
construct an 18,558 square foot distribution facility with access
drive and sewer, water and electrical utilities, as Phase I of an anticipated expansion plan.
The site is located off Rail Drive in the City of Watertown City Center Industrial Park. As
part of the Phase I development, part of the access driveand a portion of a stormwater
detention basin would be located in the buffer area of regulated freshwater wetland S-4,
an 1146 acre Class II wetland. Future Phase development would include a 40 truck
parking area, also within the wetland buffer area.

The Town of Verona has applied
for an additional source of water supply (Water Supply
Application # 10,562 2nd Application) to meet the future needs of the existing Route365
Water District by obtaining water from the Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA).
The project consists of
the placement of approximately 16.5 miles of 24 inch water line
mostly within or along existing roadway right-of-way. It also includes constructing a 2-million gallon
concrete water storage tank, which will be constructed in the Town of
Westmoreland as well as an above ground metering and rechlorination station and 5
underground regulating stations.
Water will be transmitted
from a connection to the MVWA water system in the vicinity
of the intersection of River Road and Chaminade Road in the Town of Marcy to the
Westmoreland / Verona Town line at Town Line Road then to the Beacon Light Road /
Sarenski Road intersection where it will connect to the existing Route 365 Water District.

an
application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional
State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit. DEC has
made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period,
maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting
requirements. This permit involves the surface discharge of 3,600 gallons per
day of treated sanitary waste to the Sub-tributary SL-25-72.

37 and Mein Road and south of NYS Route 37. The purpose of the project is to secure
access to isolated upland woodlands.
