    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollution Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 6,500 gallon per day of treated sanitary waste to the Swamp River tributary.

Applicant proposes to install approximately 150 cubic tons of heavy rip rap along approximately 150 linear feet of the east shore of the Hudson River behind Guinan's Country Store at Garrison's Landing.  The proposed rip rap is to maintain the existing seawall and prevent erosion along the shoreline.  The site is south of the Garrison marina off Station Road.

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  The DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 27,500 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Avon Brook tributary of the Neversink River.

The Department has made a tentative decision to re-issue a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit for the proposed discharge of up to 30,000 gallons per day (gpd) of treated sanitary wastewater to Timber Lake, a Class B(t) waterbody.  The discharge facility is a summer camp located at the end of Burnt Hill Road, approximately 5 miles from the Hamlet of Livingston Manor.

A draft permit indicating the Department's proposed effluent limitations and monitoring requirements has been prepared and is available for review (SPDES No. NY-025 1321).

The applicant proposes to construct a driveway approximately 400 feet long by 12 feet wide in the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland RD-17 (Class III) to access a new single family dwelling.  Construction of the driveway will require the disturbance of approximately 1,500 square feet of the wetland in the immediate vicinity of Lily Lake Road.  Approximately 3,000 square feet of wetland mitigation area is proposed.

The project is located on the eastern side of Lily Lake Road, approximately 2,000 feet north of its intersection with Route 299.   

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I/ SPDES) permit.  DEC has mad a tentative determination to re-issue this permit on a five year term maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  The permit invloves the discharge of up to 18,400 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Esophus Creek Tributary.

    The Department of Enviornmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Privat/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to reissue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations, monitoring, and reporting requirements.  This permit invloved the disharge of 1,200 Gallons per Day of treated sanitary waste into the Long Island Sound.
