Chautauqua County - The Town of Ripley Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ripley Waterline Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves providing a potable water source for domestic use and fire protection in the Town of Ripley Water District No. 2. The proposed route of the water line is on a 2.5 mile stretch of Route 5, east of Route 76. The Town proposes to use 10-inch water lines for this extension. The project is located in the Town of Ripley, Route 5.

Chautauqua County - The Town of Ellicott, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Herbicide application to the South Basin of Chautauqua Lake may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the application of the aquatic herbicide Aquathol-K to control Eruasian Milfoil in the waters of the South Basin of Chautauqua Lake, including areas along the Town of Busti, Town of Ellicott and Town of Ellery Shoreline. The project location is Chautauqua Lake, New York.
