Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hearthstone Senior Apartments Planned Unit Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 144 one and two bedroom senior apartments in three story buildings, a community building with lap pool and garages. The project is located at 626A Watervliet Shaker Road in the Town of Colonie.

Albany County - The Planning Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed CYC Rudy Ciccotti Family Recreation Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a 70,000 sq. ft. recreation facility and related parking on a 10.00 acre site. The project is located at 30 Aviation and 50 Computer Drive East in the Town of Colonie.

Delaware County - The Town Board of the Town of Tompkins, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Tompkins Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves adoption of the Town of Tompkins Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 272-a of Town Law. The Plan includes statements of goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the Town. Included in the Plan are demographic statistics, past and present land uses, public opinion surveys, and recommendations for the Town to use and/or adopt in order to reach the aforementioned goals and objectives.

Delaware County - The Town of Hamden Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Review of the Delaware Opportunities Public Service Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves construction of a 22,000 square foot Public Service Building to house Delaware Opportunities including Stormwater Prevention Plan, on-site septic and connection to public water supply. The project is located NYS Route 10, Hamden NY.

Delaware County - The Village of Hobart Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Hobart Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the adoption of the Village Comprehensive Plan and accompanying traffic study. The planning process incorporated a combination of consultant research and public input to help identify and address current/future issues facing the Village. The plan sets forth an action plan that identifies goals and assigns responsibility and a timeframe for their completion.
