The applicant proposes to
construct a retail site to consist of a 8,125 square foot building
and 31 parking spaces on a 3/4 acre parcel. A small portion of the building, 2 parking
spaces, a concrete pad and grading are proposed in a 6,224.57 square foot area located in
the regulated 100-foot wide Adjacent Area of Freshwater Wetland No. RA-2 and a
hedgerow of wetland shrubs is proposed at the rear of the property to provide a screen
between the retail site and the wetland. The project site is located at 61 Main Street
(NYS Rte. 394).
