Livingston County - The Planning Board of the Village of Geneseo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wal-Mart Subdivision and Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 203,000 +/- square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter with associated site improvements including grading, stormwater quality and quantity basins, traffic modifications including new dedicated Village streets on 29.9+/- acres as well as the subdivision of four additional lots on a total of 33.1+/- acres. The project is located on the west side of Volunteer Road, Village of Geneseo.

Monroe County - The Planning Board of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cobblers Square Subdivision, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves preliminary/final subdivision and site plan approval, including an Environmental Protection Overlay District (EPOD) permit for disturbance in a woodlot, to allow a 21-lot single family residential subdivision, including an existing home, on 15.6 acres located at 1771 Baird Road, to be known as the Cobblers Square Subdivision. Monroe County - The Planning Board of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Nextel 100’ Monopole-Type Communications Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves preliminary/final site plan approval, a special use permit, and a Town of Penfield woodland EPOD permit to allow the construction of a 100’ monopole-type communications tower, with twelve, 8’ tall panel-type antennas and a 12’ x 20’ equipment shelter at its base. The facility will be located on a 100’ x 100’ leased parcel, approximately 1400’ west of Baird Road on a parcel owned by the Penfield United Methodist Church. The project is located at 1795 Baird Road, Town of Penfield.

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Corbett’s Glen Park Master Plan and Facilities Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves The Master Plan for Corbett’s Glen which provides direction for the integrated enhancement of two adjacent open space parcels in Brighton, Monroe County, NY. Corbett’s Glen (south) consists of the existing Corbett’s Glen Nature Park and includes 17.6 acres, with existing access from Glen Road. Corbett’s Glen (north) is approximately 33 acres of woodlot south of Penfield Road and west of Park Lane, with access from Penfield Road. They will be joined by a trail on easement over two intervening parcels.

The overall intent of the Master Plan is to provide comprehensive recommendations for both the short and long term environmental protection and passive recreational use of Corbett’s Glen Park. Proposed improvements include trails (stone dust, wood chip and boardwalk), interpretive signage, small seating areas, a trail head and parking area (9 cars) near Penfield Road (north parcel), and parking area (2 cars) at the end of Glen Road (south parcel).

The project is located north of the CSX/Conrail RR line and south of Penfield Road in the Town of Brighton, Monroe County. Tax ID#s 123.17-2-39, 138.05-2-17 and 138.06-1-73.1

Orleans County - The Town of Ridgeway, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Ridgeway Water District No. 7 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 18,505 feet of 8-inch watermain along portions of Oregon Road, Rutherford Road and Knowlesville Town Line Road. The project will provide public water service to 42 parcels of land currently dependent on individual wells which produce an inadequate supply of poor quality water. In addition to the watermain, the project includes hydrants, valves, connections, road crossings, manholes, excavation and bedding materials, and surface restoration. The project is located on portions of Oregon Road, Rutherford Road and Knowlesville Town Line Road, Town of Ridgeway, Orleans County, NY.
