Essex County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board of the Town of Ticonderoga, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Town of Ticonderoga, Shore Airport Water District No. 9, Project Number – DWSRF – 17164 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves installation of approximately 18,000 l.f. of 12” Diameter waterline beginning at the intersection of Champlain Ave. and Montcalm St. to McCormack St., Tower Ave., Burgoyne Road, Shore Airport Road, Maplewood Lane, Shanahan Road to the main entrance to the International Paper Mill, including a small booster pumping station and 38’ high water storage standpipe on the property of the EMA Club. The project is located on Shore Airport Road in the Town of Ticonderoga, Essex County, New York.

Saratoga County - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Saratoga Technology + Energy Park (STEP) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves phased, market driven construction of approximately 1.25 million square feet of light industrial, office, retail, and conference center space on 280 acres of land that is currently zoned as a light industrial district, and associated roadway improvements on County roads serving the project site. The project is located on Hermes Road, Malta, New York.
