     The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES)permit. DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 54,000 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Stony Brook.

The Applicant proposes the construction of an approximately 1150 foot long, 18 foot wide road across Freshwater Wetland VB-20, a Class III wetland, and its 100-foot adjacent area to access a three-lot residential subdivision.  The site is located on the west side of North Parliman Road, approximately 1800 feet north of its intersection with Walsh Road.  The proposed road will follow a narrower, existing gravel drive located within a previously disturbed portion of the wetland and adjacent area.  In addition, a dry hydrant will be installed in the pond located at the southernmost end of the wetland.  To mitigate the filling and disturbance of approximately 0.64 acres of the wetland, 1.28 acres of wetlands will be created within an isolated upland knoll area within the wetland.

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollution Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 2,000 gallon per day of treated sanitary waste to the Fishkill Creek Sub-tributary.

The Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit for the proposed discharge of up to 600 gallons per day (gpd) of treated sanitary wastewater to an unnamed subtributary of Wappinger Creek (Water Index No. HR-101-1-1a-2; Class C).  The discharge facility is a proposed two-story office building to be located on the east side of Route 9, approximately 300 feet south of Smithtown Road.

A draft permit indicating the Department's proposed effluent limitations and monitoring requirements has been prepared and is available for review (SPDES No. NY-0264385).    

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five-year period, maintaining the current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of 8,250 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Callicoon Creek East Branch

Applicant proposes to develop Lot #82 of the Emerald Green Subdivision with a single family house, deck and landscaping within the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland YL-1 (Class II).  Lot #82 is located on Manchester Road and adjoins Treasure Lake.

Applicant proposes to expand an existing dock by approximately 305 square feet.  The proposed increase in size is to accommodate the frequent use of the dock by visually impaired individuals.  

The project is located on the south side of Premium Point Road in Echo Bay.

The applicant proposes to cross approximately 50 feet of Freshwater Wetland F-22 (Class: II) and approximately 800 feet of adjacent area with a driveway for a single family home.  A stream which runs through the wetland (tributary of New Croton Reservoir) would be crossed with a 3-sided box culvert.  The location is on the south side of Todd Road, approximately 0.4 miles east of Goldens Bridge Road.
