The applicant proposes to
remove and replace 116 linear feet of bulkhead in the same
location, install 9 linear feet of bulkhead to close off existing boat slip, raise elevation of
new bulkhead 18", dredge two 5' x 25' areas seaward of the bulkhead to a maximum
depth of 4 ft. below mean low water. Resultant 7 cubic yards of dredged material and
160 cubic yards of trucked in fill to be used as backfill. Install a 4 ft. wide capping
boardwalk and a two pile elevator lift. Property is located at 260 East Shore Drive,
Massapequa, Town of Oyster Bay, County of Nassau on Canal #5 off South Oyster Bay.
