Oswego County - The Town of West Monroe, NY has announced that a Public Meeting will be held to discuss construction of the proposed "Central Water District". The meeting will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the West Monore Highway Garage at 46 County Route 11.
Cayuga County - The Town of Springport, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Springport Water District No. 2 & Town of Fleming Water District No. 6 Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves:
Proposed Water District No. 2 in the Town of Springport will include approximately 165,000 linear feet of 4-inch watermain, and 37,000 linear feet of 12-inch watermain.
Proposed Water District No. 6 in the Town of Fleming will include approximately 17,000 linear feet of 4-inch watermain, 16,000 linear feet of 8-inch watermain, and 10,000 linear feet of 10-inch watermain.
The combined facilities will also include one booster pump station, an elevated water storage tank, and a ground storage tank.
These actions address the need to provide public water to existing residents with water quality and capacity problems with their existing private wells. The action is consistent with the both communities long range planning.
The project is located on miscellaneous roads within the Towns of Springport, Fleming, and Aurelius in Cayuga County, New York.

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County IDA, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Tri-State Auto Auction, Inc., will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of automotive body shop and reconditioning facility, and parking facilities for auto auction operation. The project is located at 8901 US Route 11, Cicero, NY.

Oswego County - The Town Board of the Town of Richland, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Richland Water District No. 1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of facilities necessary for the formation of the Town of Richland Water District No. 1. These facilities include approximately 50,000 linear feet of new 8" PVC water mains, two (2) new 150,000 gallon water storage tanks, new ells and a new pumping and treatment facilities. These improvement will be located along County Route 41, County Route 28, County Route 5, State Route 3, State Highway 13, Salisbury Road and Atkinson Road in the Town.

Oswego County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Common Council of the City of Oswego, as lead agency, has determined that the LWRP revision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the updating and other necessary revisions to the City's Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan. This is community based planning activity. The project is located within the LWRP boundary area within the City of Oswego.
