New Notices for ENB Issue of February 25, 2004: 1

Alexander Joachim - The Applicant has applied to NYSDEC for a freshwater wetlands permit to construct a 30’ by 40’ single family dwelling, septic system, driveway, and retaining wall locatd at 2427 River Road in Calverton, Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County.

Legislative hearings will be held to receive comments from the public on April 27, 2004 at 10:00am. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will be held immediately following the legisaltive hearing and an adjudicatory hearing will immediately follow the issues conference. All filings requesting party status proposing issues for adjudication or for presenting argument, must be received on or before April 16, 2004.
