The applicant proposes to
expand an existing sand and gravel pit from a currently
approved 10 acre Life of Mine Area, to a 20.75 acre Total Life of Mine Area on a 111
acre parcel of land owned by Paul Wilkinson. The mine is located east of Cannon
Corners Road, with the haul road entrance located about 2000 feet north of the Cannon
Corners Road - NY Rt. 11 Intersection.
