Jefferson County - The Village of Cape Vincent, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Cape Vincent Tourist Information Welcome Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 25' by 32' Tourist Welcome Center with restrooms, paved parking area for 30 passaenger vehicle parking and landscaping.

Jefferson County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Clayton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Phase II-Westside Sanitary Sewer Extension Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves expansion of sanitary sewer service to users located west of the village center. The project is bounded by the north end of Bartlett Point Road, the Village boundary, the St. Lawrence River, the Shore line of the French Creek Bay and the northerly edge of the Cottage Association's property line (the ending point of the recently constructed Route 12E extension). The Village roads involved in the project include Bartlett Point Road, North and South Shore Drive and Dulles Lane.
