Negative Declaration

Schenectady County - The Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Expiration of a Special Use Permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Zoning Ordinance Amendment to allow the following:

a. site plan review has not been applied for within one year after the date of approval of the special use permit, or

b. construction has not begun in accordance with the approval plan with two years after the date of final site plan approval by the Planning Board.

In the event the special use permit expires, a new special use permit application must be submitted to the Town for reconsideration if the applicant still wishes.
