Crossroads Ventures, LLC. - Supplemental Notice of Continued Legislative Public/SEQR Hearing and Notice of Revised Date for the Submission of Written Comments and Notice of Revised Date of Issues Conference and Notice of Revised Date for the Filing of Petitions for Party Status

The legislative hearing will be further continued to receive unsworn statements from the public on Thursday, February 19, 2004 from 4:00pm to 12:00 midnight. Written comments may be submitted no later than Friday, April 23, 2004. The pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2004 will be held on Tuesday May 25, 2004 at 10:00am. All petitions requesting either full pary status or amicus status must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, April 23, 2004.
