The applicant proposes to modify a portion of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland PQ-20 (Class III) in order to construct an unpaved driveway in conjunction with the  construction of a single family residence. Activities proposed within the adjacent area include filling and grading the unpaved driveway. There is no disturbance proposed within Freshwater Wetland PQ-20.  The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.06-acre. The project is located on the northern terminus of Gung Ho Road, approximately 1000 feet of NYS Route 52 in the Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County.

The City of Yonkers, Office of Downtown and Waterfront Development, has applied for permits to undertake various activities along its waterfront on the Hudson River.  These activities are associated with the City's Waterfront Development Plan - Phase II and include:  construction of a steel pile supported pedestrian/vehicular bridge over the Nepperhan Creek/Saw Mill River outlet cove, rehabilitation of 800 feet of shoreline with steel bulkhead, placement of rock rip-rap along approximately 1,100 feet of shoreline, construction of 400 feet of boardwalk, and construction of a floating marina for up to 153 boats and a multipurpose fishing access mooring pier with associated wave attenuation screens.
