The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, the eastern corner of which would be situated approximately 92 feet from the boundary of the freshwater wetland known as Will's Creek (designated M-2).  Clearing and grading work associated with the construction of this dwelling would be done more than 70 feet landward of the freshwater wetland boundary.  The area within 70 feet of the boundary would be designated as a permanent buffer zone, to be maintained in a natural and undisturbed state.  The project is out of the jurisdiction of Article 25, Tidal Wetlands, due to its location landward of the 10 foot elevation contour.  

The applicant proposes to construct a 112 sq. ft. second story addition to the existing dwelling, a 75 sq. ft. second story deck, a 120 sq. ft. walkway along the west side of the dwelling, and 32 sq. ft. of locker storage.  The property is located at 301 Marine Boulevard, Amagansett, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County on the Atlantic Ocean.

The applicant proposes to construct 40 feet of low profile rock breakwater with approximately 18 cubic yards of 500-1000 lbs. of stone; 10' extension existing timber groin.  The property is located at The Moorings, East Islip, Town of Islip.

The applicant proposes to place one foot of clean sand on top of the exposed outfall pipe and rearrange 500 feet existing stones along its entire length.  Construct 75 linear feet of new sheeting and stone rip-rap at the eastern end of the project. The property is located on the Nissequogue River, Kings Park.

Applicant proposes to construct single family dwelling with clearing  within 90' of NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland G-7. Project is located on Harned Road, Commack.
