SERP Action - Negative Declaration

Oneida County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Remsen, as lead agency, has determined that the Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves water source, water storage rehabilitation and water distribution improvements. The project is located on Phelps Road, Lincoln Avenue, Main Street, Depot Street, Middle/Maple Streets and Starr Hill Road (Tank Site) in the Village and Town of Remsen, New York.

Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Board of Trustees Village of Brownville, as lead agency, has determined that the Enactment of Local Law Amending the Village of Brownville Zoning Map will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves enactment of Local Law which amends the Village of Brownville Zoning Map which rezones a 258 feet strip of land on Washington Street from Residence R-2 District to Business B District. The project is located at 111 Washington Street, Village of Brownville, Jefferson County.

Oneida County - The Town of New Hartford, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Higby Road Water Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of a water storage tank and 6,000 feet of 10 water main. All main line work will be in the road rights-of-way.

Oneida County - The Town of Westmoreland, as lead agency, has determined that the Rezoning of residential property will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Westmoreland to rezone land on both sides of East Carter Road from R-4 One-Family Residential to R-3 One-Family Residential.
