Essex County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town of Willsboro, as lead agency, has determined that the Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves water source, water storage and water distribution improvements. The project is located at NYS Route 22, (between Maple and Mountain View Drive), Library Street, Buena Vista Mobile Estates, Bay Road and Water Storage Tank site including pipeline to Fish and Game Club Road in the Town of Willsboro, New York.

Warrent County - The Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Map Amendment 2003-1. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on February 10, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Chester Town Hall, Chestertown, NY. Public comment period ends February 20, 2004. The action involves sixteen separate amendments of the Official Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map totaling 4,427 acres and Agency approval of a local land use program.
