to include housing, restaurant, commercial spaces, and excavation to Oneida Lake for
construction of inland docking facility for 104 boats. The site, known as Harbor Lights at
Oneida Lake, is off Rt. 31 in the Town of Sullivan.

The department must consult further with OPRHP before making a final decision regarding the issuance of the permit. | |
