The applicant proposes to construct 50 linear feet of new bulkhead seaward of an existing bulkhead and to place fill in an area measuring approximately 250 square feet between the old and new structures.  A maximum of 10 feet of dry land would be created along the southern property line tapering to 18 inches on the north.  The purpose is to alleviate the subsidence of soil along the deteriorating old bulkhead and the resultant structural damage to the foundation of the residence.  

The applicant proposes to construct within 26" of the existing bulkhead approximately 85.66 linear feet of bulkhead and place 20 cubic yards of backfill.  Property is located at 32 Brightwood Street, Patchogue, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk on Patchogue Bay.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, septic system, driveway and fence. The property is located on Patchogue Avenue, within 100' of Freshwater Wetland # M-7, Brookhaven Town.

The applicant proposes to annually cut phragmites in upland areas immediately adjacent to tidal wetlands and remove phragmites in the tidal wetlands by using clam rakes. Some of these areas may be near regulated freshwater wetlands also.  The purpose of the project is to promote native wetlands vegetation.  The project is located along the shores of Georgica Cove, in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County and may be located on private individual properties.

The Great South Bay Audubon Society proposes to construct a foot bridge over Green's Creek which is a regulated freshwater wetland, #S-2.  The The footings for the bridge will be constructed immediately landward of the wetland boundary.  The project is located in Brooksite County Park, Sayville, Town of Islip, Suffolk County.

The applicant proposes construction of a new single family residence with garage, driveway and septic system on a 6.43 acre site adjacent to NYSDEC regulated Freshwater Wetlands.  The proposed project will be located on the south side of NYS Route 25, west of Bay Avenue, Southold.  SCTM # 1000-31-7-7, NYSDEC Freshwater Wetland GP-1

The applicant proposes to upgrade an existing overhead electric line from Riverhead  to Jamesport.  The existing overhead double circuit 23 kV transmission line will be replaced with a single circuit 69 kV line.  Existing steel towers will be replaced with steel monopoles or buried cable.  The project will involve replacing a transmission line crossing the Peconic River and replacing two poles within New York State Department of Environmental Conservation jurisdictional areas adjacent to regulated freshwater wetlands.  The project is located within the Towns of Riverhead and Southampton in Suffolk County.
