construct 50 linear feet of new bulkhead seaward of an existing
bulkhead and to place fill in an area measuring approximately 250 square feet between
the old and new structures. A maximum of 10 feet of dry land would be created along the
southern property line tapering to 18 inches on the north. The purpose is to alleviate the
subsidence of soil along the deteriorating old bulkhead and the resultant structural
damage to the foundation of the residence.

Jamesport. The existing overhead double circuit 23 kV transmission line will be replaced
with a single circuit 69 kV line. Existing steel towers will be replaced with steel

crossing the Peconic River and replacing two poles within New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation jurisdictional areas adjacent to regulated freshwater
