Jefferson County - The Village of Mannsville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Supply, Treatment, Storage and Distribution Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main and appurtenances and approximately 13,300 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main and appurtenances, within the Village of Mannsville, along Lorraine Street, NYS Route 11, Douglas Street, Lincoln Street and Mill Street. An above ground storage tank will be constructed upland of the village and a treatment building will be constructed north of Skinner Creek within a utility corridor. A new 10-inch well will be drilled near Skinner Creek.

Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of Alexandria, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Alexandria Zoning Ordinance to modify the existing Planned Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Alexandria establishing a zoning district known as the Planned Development District covering certain property located on the eastern end of Wellesley Island.

Lewis County - The Town Board of the Town of Croghan, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Beaver Falls Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a sewer collection and treatment system to serve portions of the hamlet of Beaver Falls including Toy Town, Riverside Drive and portions of Main Street. The project will incorporate all known properties that are directly discharging raw sewage into the Beaver River. The project is located in Toy Town, Riverside Drive and Main Street in Beaver Falls, Town of Croghan, Lewis County.
