Erie County - The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Court Towers Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new mixed-use office building within the City's Central Business District. Floors one through seven will contain commercial and office space. Floors eight through eleven will contain a 108 room hotel. The building will be approximately 250,000 square feet, eleven stories in height, and with two levels of underground parking for 156 vehicles. In addition, the project will also include, but is not limited to, the following: land acquisition; exterior lighting; landscaping; installation of new public utilities; new curbs, sidewalks, and driveways. The project is located at 32-54 Court Street. Bounded by Pearl Street on the East, Franklin Street on the West, Court Street on the north, and the Niagara Parking Ramp on the South.

Niagara County - The Town Board of the Town of Wheatfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of the Woodlands Corporate Center Expansion including the associated PUD rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of 117 acre parcel into a multi-use industrial, office, elderly housing/support, and residential complex, with public sanitary sewer and water service, on-site storm water control with detention ponds and a 4 acre lake. The main road and infrastructure will be built to Town standards and dedicated to the Town. The private road serving the 34 patio homes will be constructed to Town standards. The patio homes and the area reserved for elderly apartments and care facility will be rezoned as a PUD. The project is located between Shawnee Road and Town Line Road in the Town of Wheatfield.
