The applicant proposes to
operate a 6 NYCRR Part 360 solid waste transfer station for
the collection and transfer of regulated medical waste (RMW). The RMW will be
consolidated and transported to EnviroTech's currently permitted Syracuse facility. The
facility will have a design capacity of 6 tons per day and all medical waste transfer will
occur inside the existing building.
