Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Cicero, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Continued Redevelopment of Market Place Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves continued redevelopment of existing commercial shopping center. Project includes demolition of several existing structures, reconstruction of other existing structure, construction of new structures, associated site improvements and subdivision of 12.5 acre parcel. The project is located on Route 11 and East Circle Drive, Cicero, NY.

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of Skaneateles, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Butter's Farm Subdivision. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on January 13, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at 24 Jordan Road, Skaneateles, NY. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until January 30, 2004. The action involves a 25 lot performance subdivision on approximately 54 acres of land located 1000 feet north of the Village of Skaneateles between State Street and Jordan Road. The project proposes two sections of single-family detached homes on lots less than 1 acre with the creation of new roads. As a performance subdivision, 50% of the site will remain as open space. The project is located approximately 1000 feet north of the Village of Skaneateles between State Street (NYS Route 321) and Jordan Road, just north of Jewett Road in the Town of Skaneateles.
