Clinton County - The County of Clinton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Northern Adirondack Trailbreakers Snowmobile Club, Inc., 441 Ellenburg Center Road, Ellenburg Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed snowmobile trail expansion, Towns of Ellenburg and Dannemora, County of Clinton. Proposed establishment of a new snowmobile trail from the Northern Adirondack Trailbreakers Snowmobile Club. Trail Length is approximately 10 miles in length by 12 feet wide and will connect Ellenburg Center to Lyon Mountain. The projects location is Ellenburg Center to Lyon Mountain, connecting trails from the Town of Ellenburg to the Town of Dannemora, Clinton County, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Clifton Park, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Western Clifton Park Land Use Study & Generic Environmental Impact Statement may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on January 12, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at One Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY. The action involves preparing a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS) for the evaluation of future potential impacts of development in the western portion of the Town. Buildout of the Study Area will be projected and evaluated against the current Town-wide vision for this area. Based on this analysis, a preferred growth scenario will be established. The preferred growth scenario will then be evaluated based on a scope of environmental issues.
