Monroe County - The City of Rochester Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1475 East Avenue Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves subdivision of property into parcels A and B and then further subdivide parcel B into seven lots and construct seven single family dwellings. The project is located at 1475 East Avenue, Rochester, New York.

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Webster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Towne Center at Webster may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared. The Town of Webster Planning Board has set an additional public comment period and comments are requested and will be accepted by the contact person until January 19, 2004. The action involves Site Plan and other approvals to allow construction of a 718,000 sq. ft. retail center in two phases, on the west side of Holt Road across from the existing Wegman's Plaza as shown on the concept plan prepared by Bergmann Associates dated 5/16/03. Phase I will construct 478,000 sq. ft. of retail space with the remaining 240,000 sq. ft. to be constructed in Phase II. The project is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Holt Road and Ridge Road, Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York.
