The applicant proposes to
construct one two-family house with garage, pool, patio,
sidewalk and drywells within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater
Wetland AR-10 (lemon Creek). The proposed house is approximately 50 feet from the
wetland boundary and the proposed pool is approximately 20 feet from the wetland
boundary. The project site is located at the south west corner of Hargold Avenue and
Bloomingdale Road, Staten Island, Block 7346 - Lot 25.
