Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Key Bank ATM – Panorama Plaza will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a preliminary and final site plan application including a conditional use permit and an environmental protection overlay district permit (EPOD) from the Town of Penfield for disturbance within the 100 year floodplain. The application proposes the construction of an ATM drive-thru, and associated site improvements. The project is located at 1601 Penfield Road, Town of Penfield.

Wayne County - The Village of Wolcott, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Weager Springs Filtration Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Weager Springs Filtration Project will include improvements to the Weager Spring Reservoir Area to bring this water supply into compliance with the state's current water treatment regulations. Improvements will generally include the construction of a new filtration building, filtration equipment, pumps, chemical storage/addition facilities, controls, watermain and appurtenances. The New York State Department of Health requires the Weager Springs source to be compliant by May 20, 2004.

Ontario County - The Town of Geneva Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Castlebrook Subdivision and Re-Zoning may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves development of 158 single family residences and 12 multi-family buildings (100 units) on approximately 151.5 acres of land located in the Town of Geneva, Ontario County between Carter and Pre-Emption Road, Tax Account Number 90-1-56.111. The proposal also includes the re-zoning of approximately 84 acres of land from A-Agriculture to R-2 – Residential, the balance of the remaining land (approx. 67 acres) is currently zoned R-2. The project is located in the Town of Geneva Ontario County between Carter Road (north of North street and south of Gambee Road) and Pre-Emption Road

Steuben and Yates Counties - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ("NYSERDA"), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Windfarm Prattsburgh may have a signifidcant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The proposed project area consists of approximately 3300 acres of private agricultural land located in the Towns of Prattsburgh (Steuben County) and Italy (Yates County) New York (DEC Region 8). The project will consist of the construction and operation of approximately 50 1.5 MW wind turbines, each of which will rest on a tubular steel tower of approximately 250 feet in height, which will be lighted according to FAA requirements. The three-bladed rotors will have a diameter of 254 feet. The current proposal includes 61 turbine siting locations; final selection of approximately 50 turbine sites will be determined as the environmental impacts or non-impacts become more defined.
Scoping will be conducted. A Draft Scope will be distributed to all involved or interested agencies as well as all parties on the attached list and any individual who may request a copy. Copies will also be made available at the local library. Further scoping procedures, including opportunities for public comment, will be announced as they are scheduled.

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Webster, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Towne Center at Webster. The action involves site plan and other approvals to allow construction of a 718,000 sq. ft. retail center in two phases, on the west side of Holt Road across from the existing Wegman's Plaza. The project is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Holt Road and Ridge Road in the Town of Webster.
