ENB Region 3 Completed Applications 12/03/2003

The applicant proposes to install portions of two roadway culverts and outfalls within the 100-foot adjacent area of State-designated Freshwater Wetland MO-2 (Class 2).  The project is associated with a 17-lot residential subdivision known as Oxford Park Phase II, to be located on the west side of Craigville Road, about 500 feet south of the intersection with Bull Mine Road.  In addition, roadway and stormwater basin construction will result in the filling and grading of approximately 0.2 acre of federally regulated wetlands.

The applicant proposes to modify a portion of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland DP-22 (Class I) in order to construct a single family residence. Activities proposed within the adjacent area include excavation, fill and grading for construction of the single family residence, septic system with septic tank and pump chamber, and paved driveway. There is no disturbance proposed within Freshwater Wetland DP-22.  The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.32-acre. The project is located on the east side of Cornwall Hill Road, approximately 1000 feet south of NYS Route 311 in the Town of Patterson, Putnam County.

The applicant proposes to modify a portion of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland L-3 (Class III) in order to construct a 10 feet wide unpaved access road on a 100-acre parcel in conjunction with the construction of a communications facility with monopole on an upland area of the parcel. Activities proposed within the adjacent area include replacement of an existing wooden bridge with a precast concrete box culvert within an unnamed tributary to the Titicus Reservoir, and fill and grading for construction of the unpaved access road. There is no disturbance proposed within Freshwater Wetland L-3.  The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.13-acre. The project is located on the east side of Delancey Road, 100 feet south of Lake View Road in the Town of North Salem, Westchester County.
