Allegany County - The NYS Police, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Police Barracks will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of State Police Barracks and associated parking and Communications Tower on 3.63 acres. The project is located on Route 19, in the Town of Amity.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Evans, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed AT&T Wireless Communications Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Special Tower Use Permit and site plan approval for the construction of an unmanned telecommunications facility consisting of a 175-foot self-supporting monopole tower with a fenced compound and equipment cabinets at the base of the tower. The project is located 1983 Eden-Evans Center Rd., Town of Evans, Erie County, New York

Erie County - The Town of Grand Island, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Veterans Park Enhancement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of two softball diamonds complete with fencing, dugouts, drainage, and improved infields: the construction of asphalt parking for approx. 80 vehicles, .and the landscaping of up to 17 acres of grass lawn areas between the athletic fields. Veterans Park is located north east of the intersection of Baseline and Bedell Roads in the Town of Grand Island.
