The applicant proposes to
fill approximately 0.44 acre of federally-regulated wetlands for
the construction of a roadway to serve a 52-lot residential subdivision known as the
Fairways at Harrison. The project site is located on a 45 acre site south of Polly Park
Road, approximately one mile west of the I-287 overpass. To mitigate wetland losses,
approximately 0.18 acre of new wetlands will be created, and 2.16 acres of existing
wetlands on the site will be preserved.
