The applicant proposes to
subdivide a 4.7 acre parcel of land in the town in order to
develop a 6-lot single-family house subdivision. The project will involve clearing of a
wooded area and the construction of a roadway across a class B stream. The project will
also require the filling of 0.179 acres of federal wetlands. The project site is located just
west of the intersection of Antonia Drive and Wemple Lane.
