Applicant proposes to place 102 linear feet of 200-400 lb stone armor above mean low water adjacent to areas of existing stone. Applicant additionally proposes to construct a 4' x 92' timber catwalk with ramp and float. Upland areas of concrete debris are to be removed and areas regraded and replanted. Project is located on Brewster Lane, East Setauket.

The applicant proposes a discharge of 38,000 gallons per day of laundry wastewater to groundwater from an Aquarelle Generation II filtration water treatment system at the applicant’s facility located at 310 Main Street, Holbrook, Brookhaven Town, Suffolk County.   The applicant plans to operate a laundromat.  The Department has made a tentative determination to issue a permit for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law.  This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information available to the Department at this time.  As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance. The applicant proposes to remove three existing docks and construct a 5' x 100' pier with a 5' x 90' "L" section with six 2' x 20' finger walkways and 21 pilings creating mooring slips for approximately 20 vessels.  The property is located at 781-785 Bay Walk, Ocean Beach, Fire Island on the Great South Bay.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling within 22 feet of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation regulated freshwater wetlands (BE18 and BE 19), clear and grade within 0 feet of the wetlands.  The proposed septic system is located 68 feet from the wetlands.  The project is located at:  the east side of Seabay Walk, Kismet, Fire Island, Suffolk County.  SCTM# 500-491-4-50.

The applicant proposes an existing discharge of 9,900 gallons per day of laundromat wastewater to groundwater from a WWF-LR water treatment system at the applicant’s facility located at 75 Main Street, Kings Park, Smithtown town, Suffolk County.  The applicant plans to operate a laundromat.  The Department has made a tentative determination to issue a permit for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law.  This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information available to the Department at this time.  As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance. The applicant proposes to subdivide an 80 acre parcel into 6 lots.  A single family dwelling and accessory structures will be constructed on proposed lots 1-5.  Lot 6 is currently developed and no further construction is proposed at this time.    The site contains both tidal and freshwater wetlands.  Erosion control structures will be utilized during construction to minimize possible sedimentation to the wetlands. Approximately 64 acres will be preserved as farmland and open space.  The property is located at 61025 Main Road, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, Tax Map No. 1000-56-1-11.1 on Long Creek, Arshamomaque Pond, and Freshwater Wetland I.D.
